NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005302 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GLENWOOD CAIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; JESSICA S. CAIN; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, CITRUS HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 59 AND 59A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
