NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000733 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association not in its individual capacity, but solely as Legal Title Trustee for LVS Title Trust I, is the Plaintiff and Wilfredo Alvarez, Karla C. Alvarez, Tenant # 1 also known as Alberto Ruiz, Tenant # 2 also known as Virginia Ruiz, Tenant # 3 also known as Rony Alvaravo, Tenant # 4, The Unknown Spouse of Wilfredo Alvarez, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, BLOCK 5, NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
