NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2013, and entered in 2008-CA-008854 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-0PT1, is the Plaintiff and MARITZA HERNANDEZ; ANA J. HERNANDEZ; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC, ASSIGNEE OF CITIFINANCIAL; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JUAN CARLOS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 86, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 97 AND 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
