NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-006297-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and George E. Brooks and Margaret O. Brooks, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 14, MEADOW POINTE III, PHASE I, UNIT 1C-2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 94 THROUGH 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
