NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004117 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. FISHER; ALICE FISHER SEERY, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. FISHER; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RON BOOKBINDER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. FISHER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOROTHY A. FISHER; WILLIAM D. FISHER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. FISHER; JAMES FISHER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. FISHER A/K/A JAMES W. FISHER; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2 and the West 32.37 feet of Lot 4, Block A, BATTLE AND TURNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 98 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (being the same property described in Deed recorded in O. R. Book 120, Page 295)
and
Lot 4, less the Westerly 32.37 feet thereof and that part of Lots 6, 8 and 10 lying Southwesterly of a drainage canal, all in
Block A of a subdivision of Lot 2, Block 3 of PALMER SUBDIVISION of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of Section 29, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, known as BATTLE AND TURNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 98 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (being the same property described in Deed recorded in O. R. Book 214, Page 587)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
