NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-006395-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and David J. Small a/k/a David Small and Susan M. Small a/k/a Susan Small are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 2, THE LAKES AT NORTHWOOD, PHASES 3B AND 4B, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 109-115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
