NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of July, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2007CA008242, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Manatee County's Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, OAK TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 61 THROUGH 65, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
