NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 012731 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and Hugo Angeles Olaide A/K/A Hugo Angeles A/K/A Hugo A Olaide, Rosa Arriaga, Ge Money Bank, Hugo Angeles Olaide A/K/A Hugo Angeles A/K/A Hugo A Olaide, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on January 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 340, 5Th Addition To Port Charlotte Subdivision, According To The Plat Thereof, Recorded In Plat Book 11, Pages 33, 33A-33R, Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.
