NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005323 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and Dana L. Munno, Jacaranda West Units 31 & 32 Homeowners' Association, Inc., Anthony A. Munno, Unifund Ccr, Llc, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on January 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31108, Venice Gardens Subdivision, Unit 31, A Subdivision According To The Plat Thereof As Recorded In Plat Book 22, Page(S) 10, 10A Through 10C, Inclusive, Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.
