NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2013, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 17, 2013, both entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004020 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-NC3, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-NC3 is Plaintiff and KEVIN FRICKE, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE WILLIAM M. FRICKE, JR. TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2006; HERONMERE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCATION, INC.; UNKOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
