You are hereby notified that a Petition for Ancillary Administration has been filed and Letters of Administration have been granted to Barbara A. Bahto in the estate of Joseph T. Bahto, deceased, File Number 13-CP-1556, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Ste. 102, Naples, FL 34112; that the decedent's date of death was February 11, 2013 and that the name and address of the Personal Representative is Barbara A. Bahto, 25-A Robin, Manchester, NJ 08759.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
