YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Unit 1301, Building 13, FAIRWAY BAY, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1545, Pages 1574 through 1645, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Pages 30, 30A through 30K, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly M. Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenathen, Cohen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
