NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016885 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-FLX6, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FLX6 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and SHERRY STONEBRAKER; SHERRY STONEBRAKER, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 7224 PALMER GLEN CIRCLE TRUST DATED JANUARY 2ND, 2008; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRY STONEBRAKER; DEREK STONEBRAKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEREK STONEBRAKER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK; PALMER GLEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; ONEWEST BANK FSB SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, PALMER GLEN, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 44, 44A THROUGH 44G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
