NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order in Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-003602 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 24th day of January, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1651, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NUMBER 18, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
