NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011CA007222, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JENNIFER DANA TIPTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER DANA TIPTON; JUNE M. MANSELLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER M. MANSELLE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MIRASOL FAFCO SOLAR; CYPRESS STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; TARA MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 38, 102 OF CYPRESS STRAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1839, AT PAGE 6287, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
