Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 12, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 23, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATE, LYING AND BEING LOCATED IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
THE NORTH 43 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK D, MERRCELL PARK, SECOND UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALSO, BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE NORTHERLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE CENTERLINE OF 20TH AVENUE, GO 20 FEET TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE S.C.L. RAILROAD; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY 140 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY 20 FEET TO THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE EASTERLY 140 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE EAST 13 FEET OF THE ABOVE FOR WIDENING OF 20TH AVENUE.
