NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-1683-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2006-AHL1, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM D. PERRY, JR., CHRISTINA R. PERRY, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#1000176106030844238), are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 24th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, PARK LAKE ESTATES, UNIT SEVEN, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
