Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 29, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 51, WATERFORD, PHASES I AND III A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 57 THROUGH 69 AND AS AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 91 THROUGH 103 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 29, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
