NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-6581 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS 2005-01, Plaintiff, and GLADYS SANGAMA, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., AND VERMILLION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 30th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 38, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 16 UNIT 2B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
