NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003641 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-10, Plaintiff and David Castro Jr. a/k/a David Castro are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 4, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 63, PINEWOOD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
