NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-008964 ES, UCN: J1 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-ASAP3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and ANITA K. TRAVAGLINO; SETH A. TRAVAGLINO; EQUITY RESOURCES, INC.; BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 22 day of January, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
