NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001073-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS INC., CWMBS REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST, CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R1 is Plaintiff and ROBERTA SAMPAIO; EDSON SAMPAIO;UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
