NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-001104 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN A SPENCER; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF CENTEX HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2000-B UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF 06/01/2000; SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
