NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003395 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor by Merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Andrew A. Riedel a/k/a Andrew Riedel and Jodi L. Riedel a/k/a Jodi Riedel, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 10 AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK D OF LA SELVA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
