NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004839-ES-J4, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE4, is Plaintiff and JOELLE VANDI; DANNY CONDELLA; PINE RIDGE OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, PINE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 141-144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
