NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 6, 2014 in Case No. 2013 CA 6855, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on February 7, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 5103, Building 5, BAY POINTE AT CORTEZ, PHASE 3, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1990, Page 5940, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
