NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2012-CA-001533 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, R. B. Chips Shore, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 21 day of January 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 17-5206, OF TRADITION AT PALM AIRE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2160, PAGE 2845, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FROTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
