Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 16, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
THE EASTERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 7442 AND ALL OF LOTS 7443 AND 7444, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 23, 2014 beginning at 09:00 AM.
