NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 7, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002890 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and WILLIAM L. SPARR, CYNTHIA M. SPARR, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 31, of River Side Village, Unit One, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 110, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
