NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006409-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County's Public Auction website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1077, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 145 THROUGH 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
