NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-020536-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and DENNIS P. MCGURK ROSA M. MCGURK; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK “G”, COLONIAL TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
