NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 23, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-000587 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust, 2006-OA16, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA16 is the Plaintiff and Charlotte M. Harff; Unknown Spouse of Charlotte M. Harff; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26, 27 AND 28, BLOCK 1398, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 - 120 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
