NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 20, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-52596 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 am on the 23rd day of January, 2014 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 5 OF PINE MANOR, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT HEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGE 134, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
