LOT 64, BLOCK 3, THE GROVES NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1104 SAGAMORE DRIVE, SEFFNER, FL 35584; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
