NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053271 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and JERRY SUMMERS; PATRICIA A. SUMMERS; SUNTRUST BANK, are Defendants, I, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 20 day of February, 2014, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 166, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 70 THROUGH 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
