Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 17, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1, SOUTH BAY LAKES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP AND PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 57 THROUGH 61 INDUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12211 CITRUS LEAF DR, GIBSONTON, FL 33534; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
