NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed Dec 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052445 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2005KS7, was the Plaintiff and kenneth a. tolles, et al., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 24 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 31 AND 32, BLOCK 3331, UNIT 65, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 151 TO 164, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
