NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-002905, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and MIRIAM LOPEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIRIAM LOPEZ; JORGE LOPEZ; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 8, ANN PARK HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
