NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007-2595-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT SERIES ITF INDX 2005-AR18, is Plaintiff and CHARLES D. WALL, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, HARRIS PIONEER SUB, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
