NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-004106-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JACQUELIN STURM A/K/A JACQUELIN B. STURM; CITICORP TRUST BANK, FSB; SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC.; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 73 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO.2, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2926, PAGE 668 ET SQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3 ON PAGES 25 AND 26, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
