NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-012250 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B., f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Anthony Bulzone, Trustee of the Anthony Bulzone Revocable Trust u/t/d January 27, 1998, Anthony Bulzone, Homeowners Association of Townhomes of Countryside, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Wayne Hoffman, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Anthony Bulzone Revocable Trust u/t/d January 27, 1998, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
