NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on the 14th day of February, 2014 beginning at 9:00 a.m., the following described property:
Unit #8 of VILLAGE AT RIVERWALK, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Instrument # 010126024, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Together with Mobile Home Title Identification #: PH069132AFL and PH069132BFL
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
