NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about December 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-001258-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Tammara Rubino A/K/A Tammara K. Rubino, Michael Rubino, Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 44, BEL-KEENE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
