NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 424, 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION. AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 21A THRU 21S, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 3347 EMERALD LANE, NORTH PORT, FL 34286,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST), or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 30th day of January, 2014.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
