NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 10th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-000256-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SYNOVUS BANK, A GEORGIA BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS COLUMBUS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, A GEORGIA BANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SYNOVUS BANK, A FLORIDA BANKING CORPORATION F/K/A SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH FIRST FLORIDA BANK, is the Plaintiff, and JOHN FLETCHER KOLENDA A/K/A JOHN F. KOLENDA; CARMEN MARIA THOMAS; RIVIERA BAY SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 2, RIVIERA BAY FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 1 AND 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
