NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09009308CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL FASSNACHT, CASABLANCA TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of January, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 201, OF CASABLANCA TOWERS PHASE I A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 15733, PAGE 2575, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 148, PAGES 70 THROUGH 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
