Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on September 13, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 2, 2014, in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block D, DAY TERMINALS, as par plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 190, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, EXCEPTING THEREFROM a portion of Lot 12, Block D, DAY TERMINALS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 190, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCE at the Southwest corner of said Lot 12, Block D, DAY TERMINALS; thence Northerly along the West line of said Lot 12 for 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence return Southerly along said West line of Lot 12 for 25.00 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; thence Easterly along the South line of Lot 12 for 25.00 feet; thence Northwesterly to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 7, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
