THE SOUTH 60.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 325.0 FEET OF THE WEST 144.0 FEET OF THE EAST 285.1 FEET OF LOT 56, TEMPLE TERRACES, SHEET NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 58 THROUGH 68 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8511 NORTH ORANGE PLACE, TAMPA, FL 33617; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 28, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
