NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 30, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-002339-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and SHAHZAD RAFIQ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JILLIAN KASHISH are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 02/04/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 3233-102, VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1262, PAGE 1681, AND AS AMENDED AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 27, 27A THROUGH 27D, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
