MURNANE, SR. A/K/A KEVIN A. MURNANE A/K/A KEVIN A. MURANE; STEFFENIE K. MURNANE A/K/A STEFFENIE K. MURANE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
